Job summary

Kindle Kids International School (KKIS) is seeking a Part-Time Cambridge AS/A Level Physics teacher to join the founding academic team launching the July 2026 intake. You will deliver high-quality physics lessons, align with Cambridge syllabus, and help establish the AS/A Level programme.

You will design schemes of work, assess students, monitor progress, and collaborate with the Head of School and coordinators to ensure exam readiness and curriculum coherence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Cambridge AS/A Level Physics teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of Cambridge syllabus and marking schemes.
• Ability to develop schemes of work and lesson plans.
• Excellent communication with students, parents, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the Cambridge AS/A Level syllabus.
• Design and administer formative and summative assessments; prepare students for Cambridge examinations.
• Develop teaching materials and revision resources aligned with Cambridge syllabus updates.
• Provide academic consultation, mentoring, and support for university pathways.
• Ensure teaching practices meet Cambridge standards and participate in moderation and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Head of School, coordinators, and subject teachers to ensure alignment across levels.
