APBA TG Human Resource Pte Ltd seeks a part-time Customer Service & Attraction Crew to support daily attraction operations in Singapore. You will provide information, assist visitors, and help with events, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates have customer service or hospitality experience, strong communication, and a service-minded attitude. Training is available for those without prior experience; weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service, hospitality, retail, events or other relevant experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly and approachable with a service-oriented attitude.
• Able to interact with members of the public.
• Responsible and attentive when carrying out duties.
• Able to remain calm and composed in different situations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates without prior experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, directions and assistance to visitors.
• Attend to visitor enquiries and provide professional customer service.
• Conduct ticket and attraction admission checks.
• Assist with events, programmes and activities.
• Support crowd control and manage visitor flow.
• Respond appropriately to accidents and emergencies when required.
• Assist with daily attraction and visitor operations.
• Maintain a safe, orderly and welcoming environment.
