Job summary

Growing Minds Collective in Singapore is seeking a Speech Therapist to deliver individualized, evidence-based therapy for children and adolescents with diverse communication and feeding needs, working closely with families and a multidisciplinary team.

You will assess, set goals, train parents, document progress, and collaborate with schools to integrate therapy approaches while committing to ethical, family-centered practice.

Qualifications

• Recognized qualification in Speech and Language Therapy or Speech Pathology.
• Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC), Singapore.
• Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based, family-centered therapy.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for children and adolescents
• Develop individualized therapy goals and intervention plans tailored to each child’s needs
• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to improve communication and feeding skills
• Support and coach parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy outcomes at home
• Prepare detailed clinical documentation, reports, and progress updates to track client development
• Liaise effectively with schools, teachers, and other professionals to coordinate care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to integrate therapy approaches and share insights
• Participate actively in professional development and clinical discussions to enhance clinical expertise
