Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Education, Communications, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership coordination or programme management.
• Experience with government agencies, educational institutions or external partners preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools, data dashboards, research activities or learning analytics advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication, engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
• Adaptable and collaborative in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support research and learning analytics projects, including reviewing AI-generated reports, audio/video recordings and dashboards.
• Assist in literature reviews, research documentation and related administrative procedures.
• Support the implementation and adoption of AI and educational technology tools.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, partner organisations and internal departments on projects and engagement activities.
• Assist in preparing agreements, reports, presentation slides and meeting materials.
• Coordinate school visits, meetings, events and other programme-related activities.
• Support general administrative and operational duties as assigned.
