Job summary

EtonHouse International School Singapore is seeking a proactive Parent Liaison Executive reporting to the Group Brand and Marketing Director and the School Principal. The role focuses on marketing to local and international families, managing enquiries, and driving a seamless admissions process through the PLO team.

You will ensure CRM accuracy, follow-up within 1 day, and organize Open Houses and tours while promoting a premium educational experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a recognised University with at least 5 to 6 years of related work experience in a sales management / business development role in the education services or a service-oriented industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries: capture and update in CRM, follow up by phone or email within 1 working day, and schedule tours.
• Coordinate Open Houses and weekly school tours, including RSVP management and group allocation.
• Promote the school through tours and learning stories, coordinating with academic teams.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy, track inquiries and follow-ups, and generate timely reports.
• Develop and deliver post-tour communications and follow-up meetings with parents and agents.
• Support student pass applications and liaise with agents/parents as needed.
• Attend induction sessions and stay updated on platforms used by the team.
• Provide five-star customer service aligned with the organisation's culture and values.
