Job summary

MEDLINK HEALTHCARE GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Paramedic to lead a crew in our Emergency Ambulances. You will respond to stable cases such as transporting patients to appointments, discharge of patients, and non-emergency ad-hoc cases, while also handling a variety of emergency scenarios weekly.

Qualifications

• Paramedic Level III Certificate from SAF/SCDF is required.
• NYP Diploma in Paramedicine or Higher Nitec in Paramedicine accepted.
• BCLS/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the crew of MHG Emergency Ambulances as Crew Leader.
• Respond to stable and emergency cases, coordinating patient transport and care.
• Manage everyday operations including discharge and non-emergency ad-hoc cases.

Description

As an Paramedic, you will be tasked to be the Crew Leader of Medlink Healthcare Group (MHG) Emergency Ambulances. You will primarily respond to stable cases such as sending patients to/from appointments, discharge of patients and non-emergency ad-hoc cases, however you will face a variety of Emergency Cases on a weekly basis.

• Paramedical Pathway with Paramedics sent to NYP Diploma or NYP Diploma (Conversion) Course
• Managerial Pathway with Paramedics sent to Management Courses (e.g. Operational or Supply Chain Management)
• Training Pathway with Paramedics sent to Instructor Courses and WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), with conversion to a Trainer scheme at MHG's Training Centre once appointed as a Chief Instructor
