Job summary

Accuron Technologies Limited, headquartered in Singapore, seeks a Paralegal to support the General Counsel across corporate, commercial and governance matters. You will review contracts, assist with corporate records, and perform regulatory research for decisions affecting semiconductor and technology sectors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Law, Legal Studies or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in-house or corporate/commercial practice.
• Experience with commercial contracts, NDAs, IP matters and cross-border issues is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft and amend commercial agreements; monitor key obligations and renewals.
• Maintain corporate governance records and support board/ shareholder matters.
• Conduct legal/regulatory research and summarize for GC review.
• Assist on corporate transactions, due diligence and data-room documentation.
• Coordinate legal matters, engage external counsel and manage contract workflows.
• Help develop standard contracts, templates and knowledge resources.
