Job summary

Tangspac Consulting is seeking a proactive Paralegal in Singapore to draft, review and negotiate confidentiality agreements, third party engagement letters, and release letters across the firm. You will also assist with document management and AML/KYC matters within the group, supporting both legal and regulatory projects.

The role requires a law degree or LPC, plus paralegal experience in a corporate environment, and a meticulous, detail‑oriented approach with strong communication and teamwork

Qualifications

• Law degree or LPC completed; corporate environment experience desirable.
• At least six months paralegal experience preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with corporate transactions would be beneficial.
• Advantage if experienced in reviewing/negotiating confidentiality agreements.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
• Meticulous with high attention to detail; strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating confidentiality agreements, third party engagement letters and release / non-reliance letters for all business areas.
• Document management, including collating original documents and checking closing bibles of documents.
• Assisting in legal and regulatory projects.
• Assisting with AML/CFT matters of entities in the Group, KYC due diligence of service providers where required.
• Dealing with queries from the business on all areas of responsibility
