Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Paralegal to provide essential legal support across multiple jurisdictions. You will assist with contract reviews, compliance, and corporate governance tasks.

You will develop training materials, monitor regulatory changes, prepare director resources, and liaise with service providers while working closely with the Legal Department. You will also support cross-border matters with independence and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Law degree required with experience in commercial contracts, compliance, corporate governance, regulatory matters, and cross-border legal support.
• Strong understanding of compliance law to ensure legal adherence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a resourceful team player.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist with legal matters for the Singapore entity, including initial contract reviews.
• Support legal operations for a subsidiary, focusing on contract evaluations.

• Facilitate corporate governance tasks for both locations, including creating resources for director training.
• Conduct corporate secretarial functions, liaising with service providers and internal teams.
• Monitor and analyze regulatory changes for compliance, providing updates and necessary training materials.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required by the Legal Department.
