Job summary

Persol Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a diligent housekeeping assistant to support pantries, setup for meetings, and related cleaning tasks within a Singapore office. The role involves daily pantry care, stock checks, and assisting with events and crisis drills as needed.

Applicants should be comfortable performing routine cleaning duties and coordinating with the Workplace Team for repairs or supplies. The position is contract-based with 1 year plus completion bonus and shift-based hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in office housekeeping and pantry duties preferred.
• Ability to set up and tear down meeting spaces as required.
• Attention to detail in cleaning and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Daily housekeeping of pantries and assist with meeting set-ups and tear-downs.
• Ad-hoc cleaning / set up for crisis exercises and events during office hours.
• Pantry duties: stock take, arrange fruits, snacks, and cleaning agents.
• Maintain appliances and report faults to Workplace Team.
