Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring an Office Pantry Attendant to support healthcare client sites with tea, coffee and beverage service, light housekeeping and general pantry upkeep.

You will maintain clean pantry and meeting spaces, restock supplies, wash utensils, and report shortages to a supervisor. Minimum N/O/A levels, and strong cleanliness standards are required. This role is based on client sites and requires reliability and a service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum N/O/A level educational qualification.
• Comfortable performing pantry, beverage service and light housekeeping duties.
• Good attention to cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee and other beverages to management, staff and visitors.
• Ensure pantry areas are clean, tidy and well-stocked at all times.
• Wash and clean cups, utensils and pantry equipment after use.
• Monitor and replenish pantry supplies such as beverages, snacks, sugar, milk and disposable items.
• Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms before and after meetings.
• Assist in setting up refreshments for meetings, events and visitors.
• Perform light housekeeping duties in common areas, including wiping tables and maintaining cleanliness of shared spaces.
• Dispose of rubbish and ensure proper waste management practices.
• Report shortages, maintenance issues or pantry-related concerns to the supervisor.
• Adhere to workplace hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards.
