Job summary

HARWIN ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable cleaner to perform daily cleaning and housekeeping across office and warehouse spaces, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.

You will maintain pantry/equipment, prepare refreshments when required, tidy meeting rooms, receive deliveries, and support events. The role requires basic communication skills and the ability to work independently. WSQ cleaning certification is an advantage, and physical fitness is important to perform

Qualifications

• Cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Responsible, reliable and attentive to cleanliness.
• Physically fit to perform cleaning duties.
• Basic communication skills.
• WSQ cleaning certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and housekeeping of designated office premises and warehouse, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces, toilet cleaning and rubbish disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the pantry, meeting rooms, common areas and other designated premises.
• Monitor pantry and cleaning supplies and inform the person-in-charge when replenishment is required.
• Prepare fruits, bread and refreshments for employees and visitors when required.
• Prepare and tidy meeting rooms and provide refreshment support for meetings and company events.
• Receive and organise pantry and office supply deliveries, maintain storage areas and water office plants.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues and perform other related housekeeping and office-support duties as assigned.
