Job summary

DYNAMICS THERAPY CENTRE FOR KIDS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Speech Therapist with paediatric experience to assess and treat children with speech, language, communication and feeding challenges.

You will work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based intervention. Flexible work arrangements and a collaborative environment focused on practical clinical impact and measurable progress are offered.

Qualifications

• AHPC registration or eligibility to practice in Singapore.
• 2+ years paediatric speech therapy experience recommended; fresh graduates with strong placements welcome.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage children and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat paediatric speech, language, communication and feeding difficulties.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans targeting communication and feeding skills.
• Deliver 1:1 and small group sessions; adapt strategies to developmental needs.
• Use therapy data and software to track progress and update care plans.
• Coach parents/caregivers with strategies for home routines and mealtimes.
• Collaborate with families, educators and multidisciplinary professionals.
• Maintain clear clinical documentation and contribute to outcomes-driven service.
