Job summary

CHAWK TECHNOLOGY INT'L (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse associate to manage both physical and system inventory for FG & Pace, ensuring accurate packing and labeling.

You will collect parts from the QC area, verify part numbers, and maintain a tidy, safe workspace in daily operations. Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in warehouse/logistics preferred.
• Computer literate.
• Able to read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical inventory holdings and movements (FG & Pace).
• Collect parts from QC lobby back to warehouse for packing.
• Return empty cart back to QC lobby.
• Ensure part number and quantity received are correct against Job Traveler before packing.
• Check for any damage on physical part before packing and highlight to management if any.
• Pack parts with Airbag to fill empty space in carton and reduce friction.
• Manage system inventory holdings and movements (FG & Pace).
• Perform MES receiving in Epicor for clocking in/out under Bag & Tag.
• Perform receiving in Epicor for inventory storage/ship out.
• Generate barcode labels and other packing labels.
• Perform general warehouse duties.
• Clean and tidy up the workplace.
• Ensure no loose parts or packing materials on floor.
• Rubbish cleared daily.
• Ensure customer packing requirements are complied with.
• Ensure packing materials are sufficient.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

• Ensure Part packed are stuffed with Airbag to utilized the empty space in Carton box to reduce friction of part sliding around.
• Manage System inventory holdings and movements (FG & Pace).

• Generate barcode label & other labelling for packing.

• Ensure Packing Material are always sufficient for packing requirement.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Pre-Requisites

• Min ‘N’/‘O’/ level holders are welcome.
• 1 - 2 years experience in warehouse/logistic related field preferred.
• Computer literature.
• Able to read and speak English.
