Job summary

Seatrium (SG) Pte. Ltd. is looking for a qualified candidate to manage equipment packages, ensuring all project requirements are adhered to throughout the contract lifecycle. Responsibilities include coordination with various stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, and financial tracking of payments and invoices.

The ideal candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's degree in engineering and have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Effective communication and multitasking abilities are vital for success in this fast-paced role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure follow-through on equipment packages as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with Package Buyer to finalize Contract/PO with Vendor.
• Monitor Vendor's contractual obligations and deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings and inspections with stakeholders.
• Manage vendor variations and claims with the Package Buyer.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper follow-through on equipment packages from pre-PO phase all the way until completion as per contractual and project requirements.
• Coordinates with Package Buyer to conclude the Contract/PO with Package Vendor.
• Monitors and coordinates with Vendor for contractual obligations and deliverables.
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders for meetings, technical clarification, discussions and inspections.
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders for ITP, testing and commissioning procedures.
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to prepare, update and submit weekly/monthly reports including procurement map.
• Coordinates and supports Package Buyer and Costing Officer to manage vendor variation/claim.
• Monitors and tracks vendor payment milestones and ensures vendor meets requirements for each milestone.
• Reviews and verifies vendor invoices.
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders for inspection, testing, and closing out all inspection reports.
• Coordinates with Owner’s Representative, 3rd Party Inspector, Project Team and Vendor for site visits to vendor site/workshop for inspection and testing.
• Coordinates with Vendor and Expediting Lead for delivery, expediting, receiving, joint inspection, warehousing and preservation requirements.
• Coordinates with Vendor for spare parts list and commissioning spares.
• Coordinates with Project Team and Vendor for site support for installation, testing and commissioning.
• Coordinates with Vendor for timely submission of final vendor data books and documentation.
• Coordinates with Package Buyer and Vendor for any guarantee/warranty matters.
