Responsibilities

• Act as a main contact for partner brands, liaising between them, marketing teams, and the wider company.
• Review sponsorship documents and distill into clear summaries for stakeholders; present to senior stakeholders when needed.
• Plan and execute events and partnership meetings from start to finish, including logistics and bookings.
• Assist the Senior Brand Manager in all matters as needed.

About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Assistant to support the Senior Brand Manager in our Integrated Marketing team. You will connect partner brands with the wider marketing and business teams, participate in sponsorship reviews, and manage reporting and stakeholder relations. This role suits a candidate who is detail-oriented and confident engaging international stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as one of the main points of contact for partner brands, liaising between them, marketing teams, and the wider company
• Review and distil sponsorship documents into clear, concise summaries for business stakeholders. Ability to present to senior stakeholders and/or analyze sponsorship strategies an advantage
• Manage the planning and execution of events and partnership meetings from start to end, including logistics and venue bookings
• Assist the Senior Brand Manager in all matters as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in managing partnerships. Experience in financial services, fintech, and/or sports an advantage
• Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage partner brands and international stakeholders across seniority
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking partner brands as well as key business stakeholders across offices in Asia
• Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organization and logistics skills
• Able and willing to undertake business trips as required by the role
