Anglo American seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to coordinate P&O integration workstreams in Singapore. You will provide governance, planning, and stakeholder alignment to ensure priorities, risks and dependencies are actively managed and outcomes achieved.

You will translate priorities into plans, track delivery, support change activities and uphold policies across the organisation. Strong analytics and cross-cultural collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate P&O integration workstreams and strategic initiatives.
• Translate priorities into clear plans, milestones and ownership.
• Track delivery, address risks and interdependencies.
• Support change and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Maintain integrated view of P&O initiatives, including progress and decisions.
• Prepare leadership updates, agendas and decision materials.
• Maintain logs of decisions and actions for timely execution.
• Escalate material risks and constraints to leadership.
