Job summary

TITANICOM TECH (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Overseas IT Project Delivery Engineer to lead end-to-end technical delivery and project management for IT projects, including module construction, network builds, and decommissioning.

You will coordinate with IDC delivery, vendors, procurement, and operations to ensure on-time, safe, high-quality delivery. Requirements include 3 years in delivery project management, knowledge of structured cabling and network architecture, and PMP or equivalent

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in delivery project management.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture and cabling design.
• Experience with structured cabling and weak current systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end technical delivery and project management of IT projects, including module construction and network builds.
• Coordinate with IDC delivery, IDC operations, vendors, and procurement to ensure on-time, safe delivery.
• Perform site environment checks and review project preconditions per TPM requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical solutions, material/service lists, and support cross-team guidance.

Overseas IT Project Delivery Engineer

Job Responsibilities：

1、Responsible for end-to-end technical delivery and project management of IT projects such as module construction, network construction, decommissioning, and minor cabling works. Collaborate with IDC delivery, IDC operations, various vendors (consumables, construction services, network integration, etc.), as well as procurement, supply chain, network construction, and network operations teams, to ensure on-time, safe, and high-quality project delivery.

2、Carry out IDC on-site environment checks, project dependency preconditions, and project construction progress inspection and feedback, according to regional TPM requirements.

3、Based on project SOW, planning schemes, standard network architecture, and technical specifications, prepare detailed technical solutions for cabling construction and equipment racking, and produce material lists and service item lists.

4、Capable of handling complex cross-team issues and providing guidance and training for new colleagues.

1、Industry Experience：Structured cabling, weak current engineering, delivery project management.

2、Years of experience：3 Years

3、Skills Requirements：Project management, network architecture, structured cabling, weak current design.

Overall Competence：
