Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive, strategic, and relationship-focused Outreach & Admissions Senior Executive. In this role, you will lead outreach strategies, build pipeline partnerships with educational and community organizations, and oversee the end-to-end scholar admissions and onboarding journey.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Outreach & Pipeline Development
- Partner Engagement: Build and nurture sustainable partnerships with primary/secondary schools, social service agencies, and community organizations to secure a consistent pipeline of prospective scholars.
- Outreach Campaign Execution: Curate and deliver admissions-focused outreach initiatives, including campus tours, school visits, speaking engagements, and community workshops.
- Channel Innovation: Design and implement structured recruitment initiatives (e.g., talent-spotter networks) to broaden reach across underrepresented communities.
- Volunteer Leadership: Mobilize, train, and manage volunteer teams to support ground outreach and event operations.
2. Admissions Management & Scholar Conversion
- Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as a primary representative of our client's organization, articulating our value proposition effectively to prospective scholars, parents, and community partners.
- Admissions Oversight: Process inquiries and applications, conduct eligibility assessments, coordinate candidate interviews, and manage admissions documentation.
- Advisory & Guidance: Guide applicants and families through admissions criteria, residency requirements, program details, and financial support options.
- Scholars Onboarding: Act as the primary liaison for newly admitted scholars and their families throughout the initial transition and induction period.
3. Data Codification & Reporting
- Process Optimization: Standardize and codify admissions procedures to ensure seamless data management across applicants, school partners, and community networks.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Track key outreach metrics, analyze recruitment funnel performance, and prepare regular strategic reports for executive management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Social Sciences, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven experience in business development, student recruitment, community outreach, or marketing.
- Key Competencies:
-Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; adept at engaging diverse audiences, families, and community partners.
-Proven track record in project management-able to balance high-level strategy with hands-on event execution.
-Self-driven, resilient, and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience working within social services, youth work, or engagement with low-income families is highly advantageous.
