FRENCHY Crêperie & Café in Singapore seeks a hands-on Outlet Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive team performance in a fast-paced café setting.

The role requires 2–3 years of outlet supervision, strong leadership, and proficiency with POS systems. You will manage schedules, training, inventory, and costs while maintaining quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of outlet management or supervisory experience in F&B.
• Strong leadership and guest service focus.
• Proficient in POS systems and basic reports.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to manage and develop a multicultural team.
• Singapore work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality guest experiences.
• Train, motivate, and develop the service team to maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare staff schedules to ensure adequate manpower coverage for all shifts.
• Maintain standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and presentation consistently.
• Greet guests, manage enquiries, and resolve feedback professionally to enhance customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service flow and consistent product quality.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders timely, and minimize wastage.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, handle cash transactions, and reconcile daily sales.
• Track and analyze sales performance, labor costs, food costs, and expenses to optimize profitability.
• Support sales initiatives to increase revenue and customer retention.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Singapore food safety regulations.
• Coordinate catering orders and private events as needed.
• Provide regular operational updates to management.

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in outlet management or supervisory role within the F&B industry
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive, hands-on management style
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to engage diverse customers and team members
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced café environment
• Knowledge of daily outlet operations including inventory control and cost management
• Capability to manage and develop a multicultural team
• Proficient in using POS systems and preparing basic operational reports
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of French cuisine or café culture is an advantage but not essential
