Job summary

August Design Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Coordinator to support construction and renovation projects. You will prepare quotations, coordinate contractors and deliveries, and monitor site progress and workmanship to ensure schedules are met. Basic AutoCAD drawings and amendments may be required.

The role requires reading drawings, taking site measurements, and effective communication with clients and team members. Training and learning on-the-job are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Construction, Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Able to read drawings and take site measurements.
• Basic AutoCAD and quotation preparation skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and deliveries.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, and project schedules.
• Prepare simple AutoCAD drawings and amend existing drawings.
• Follow up on site issues, defects, and project handover.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.
