Job summary

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Outcome Customer Engineer plays a key role in understanding customer needs and shaping the future of digital transformation. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth, provide technical leadership, and ensure customers realize maximum value from their Google Cloud investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
• Experience in deployment planning, orchestration, or change management, programming languages, debugging, or systems design.
• Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
• CAT2A security clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive initial and ongoing business growth for customers.
• Provide technical advisory, clear blockers, and optimize value realization from Google Cloud investments.
• Manage and execute deployment plans, transitioning workloads into production with technical leadership.
