Job summary

Pharmaforte Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an energetic OTC Sales Representative to drive sell-in and sell-through of healthcare products across Singapore. The role focuses on field-based engagement with pharmacists and retail staff, expanding presence in pharmacies and stores.

You will visit outlets, promote products, ensure visibility, hit sales targets, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize stock and promotions. A diploma or degree and 1–2 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of field sales experience in OTC or retail trade preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore retail and pharmacy landscape.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with good organizational and territory planning abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Class 3 driving license with own transport is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned outlets daily to secure orders and promotions.
• Promote products to pharmacists and retail staff and build relationships.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and in-store execution.
• Achieve sales targets through territory coverage and stock management.
• Collaborate with customer service and logistics for follow-up.
• Identify new sales opportunities within existing and new accounts.
• Gather market intelligence and feedback to marketing and management teams.
• Support consumer events and promotions.
