Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced OT Security Engineer to design and implement security for critical OT environments in power and water facilities. You will develop secure OT network architectures, segment IT/OT, and harden ICS assets such as HMIs, PLCs and SCADA systems.

The role requires hands-on risk assessment and regulatory compliance with NIST CSF, ISO 27001:2022 and local CII standards.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on OT cybersecurity experience.
• Proven knowledge of OT networks, risk assessments and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, ISO 27001:2022 and industrial cybersecurity standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cybersecurity measures across OT environments in power/ water facilities.
• Design and maintain OT network architecture with IT/OT segmentation.
• Harden ICS assets including HMIs, PLCs, RTUs, DCS, SCADA and workstations.
• Ensure secure IT/OT integration and apply patching/controls.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews to maintain strong security posture.
