Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced OT cybersecurity leader to direct security initiatives across global OT environments from Singapore to other markets. You will own the roadmap, drive secure architectures, and coordinate with senior leadership on risk posture and metrics.

The role requires 8–12 years in cybersecurity with 5+ years in OT/ICS/SCADA, plus 3+ years in a leadership role. You will mentor teams and ensure regulatory alignment across ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and CCoP.

Qualifications

8–12 years in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years specialising in OT/ICS/SCADA environments.
Minimum 3 years in a leadership or management role leading cybersecurity teams or programmes.
Hands-on experience in security operations, engineering, architecture, and GRC.
Well-experienced in at least one major industrial control system (e.g., Siemens PCS 7, ABB 800xA, Honeywell PKS, GE Mark VIe, Schneider Electric).

Responsibilities

Define and direct OT cybersecurity initiatives aligned with the Group Cybersecurity Framework (NIST CSF).
Lead and manage a team of OT cybersecurity engineers and analysts across multiple markets.
Own the OT cybersecurity roadmap, including technology refresh, tool adoption, and capability uplift.
Drive continuous improvement of incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management processes.
Report to senior leadership on OT cybersecurity risk posture and metrics.
