You will conduct assessments of ocular motility, prism cover tests, and binocular visual function, including tests for non-verbal children, while educating patients on health and infection control. The role also includes prescribing and managing low vision services.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Orthoptics required; diploma accepted with relevant experience.
• Preferably 2 years of working experience; fresh graduates welcome.

Aufgaben

• Perform orthoptic assessment of patients with ocular motility disorders.
• Perform prism cover test for measurement of strabismus.
• Conduct binocular visual function assessments (including tests of stereopsis, visual fields, Hess chart, synoptophore).
• Conduct visual assessments for non-verbal children.
• Provide patient education on health, safety and infection control.
• Prescribe and manage low vision services.
