Job summary

Stryker Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced sales professional to join the Joint Replacement team as an autonomous individual contributor, driving territory growth and executing commercial strategies across assigned customers.

You will build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, lead account planning, forecast sales, support product launches, and ensure compliant, ethical engagement with key stakeholders while delivering medical device solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of medical device sales experience, preferably Orthopaedics or Joint Replacement.
• Experience in strategic territory/account planning and delivering results.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic territory and account plans.
• Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and highly accountable with a growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive growth.
• Own territory performance, including forecasting and revenue achievement.
• Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders to support long-term success.
• Drive strategic account planning, identify growth opportunities, and monitor market trends.
• Provide market intelligence and data-driven recommendations for business growth.
• Support product launches and field actions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and local legal requirements while upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct.
• Partner closely with the Product Manager and cross-functional teams to support product launches, product phase-outs, and field actions, including recalls
• Support marketing initiatives, customer education programmes, workshops, conferences, and industry events
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify evolving customer needs, competitive gaps, and market opportunities within Singapore
• Deliver impactful product training and clinical education programmes tailored to customer needs
• Engage with healthcare professionals (HCPs) in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements
• Ensure training documentation and records are accurately maintained within the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Provide feedback and recommendations on local surgeon education and training opportunities, particularly for junior surgeons
