Job description

As an Organization Enablement Specialist (Talent & Organizational Development), you will lead the planning, design, and execution of talent and organizational development initiatives that support business transformation and future workforce readiness. Partnering with business leaders, HR, learning, and transformation teams, you will drive organization design support, workforce planning, job architecture, skills-based talent strategies, and change readiness efforts. You will translate business needs, workforce insights, and skills data into practical solutions that help define future roles, strengthen capabilities, and enable team members to successfully adopt new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
Organizational Development & Workforce Transformation
  • Lead organizational development and workforce transformation initiatives that enable future operating models, business strategies, and sustainable change.
  • Partner with leaders to assess organizational impacts resulting from process, technology, operating model, and role changes.
  • Facilitate organizational impact assessments, workforce transition planning, and readiness activities with different work groups to support successful adoption.
Job Analysis, Job Evaluation & Workforce Architecture
  • Conduct job analysis to identify evolving responsibilities, skills, competencies, and future capability requirements across roles.
  • Support job evaluation activities by assessing role scope, complexity, accountabilities, and organizational impact.
  • Develop and maintain job architecture, job families, role profiles, competency models, and career progression pathways.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to align role design, workforce planning, and talent strategies with business transformation objectives.
  • Evaluate how emerging technologies, automation, AI, and process redesign may reshape future roles, capabilities, and workforce needs.
Skills & Capability Development
  • Design and execute skills-based workforce and capability strategies that support business priorities and future role requirements.
  • Identify current and future capability gaps and recommend targeted development approaches to address workforce needs.
  • Create and maintain skills taxonomies, competency frameworks, career pathways, and workforce capability assessments.
  • Drive initiatives that strengthen digital, AI, business, leadership, and functional capabilities required for future success.
Talent Enablement & Change Readiness
  • Partner with leaders, HR, learning teams, and transformation programs to build organizational readiness, adoption, and engagement.
  • Drive talent development, onboarding, career growth, succession planning, and employee capability-building initiatives.
  • Develop practical resources that help employees understand role evolution, future skills needs, and career opportunities.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, adaptability, mobility, and growth across the organization.
Workforce Insights & Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze workforce, talent, skills, and readiness data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop workforce insights, recommendations, and reporting that inform organization design, capability planning, and talent strategies.
  • Measure the effectiveness of workforce transformation, capability-building, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Leverage AI, workforce intelligence, and analytics tools to improve future workforce planning, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in organizational development, talent development, workforce transformation, learning and development, HR, change management, or related fields.
  • Proven ability to support business transformation, organizational change, workforce planning, job architecture, or capability-building initiatives.
  • Experience translating workforce insights, skills data, and stakeholder input into practical recommendations that inform talent, capability, and organizational decisions.
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex workforce topics into clear actions.
  • Experience working across business, HR, learning, transformation, and change teams to drive workforce capability, talent readiness, and adoption outcomes.
