Job summary

Bitdeer is a world-leading technology company for Bitcoin mining and AI cloud, headquartered in Singapore. This role manages end-to-end PO processes, shipment tracking and customs compliance, coordinating with suppliers across Asia to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.

You will liaise with freight forwarders, brokers and internal teams to optimize logistics, maintain accurate records and produce regular management reports on order status and delivery risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade or related field.
• 1–3 years of procurement/logistics or import/export experience, Asia-focused preferred.
• Familiarity with import/export rules, HS codes and trade compliance in Singapore/Malaysia helpful.
• Experience with end-to-end PO processing and shipment tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchase order and order-tracking activities, including issuance and follow-up.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments via sea, air, and land freight with booking and customs.
• Ensure compliance with import/export requirements, HS codes and licenses.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, brokers and providers to optimize lead times and costs.
• Maintain shipment tracking and in-transit inventory visibility, escalating delays.
• Coordinate with warehouse, finance and data center teams to align schedules.
• Support evaluation of service providers with performance reviews and rate negotiations.
• Maintain audit-ready procurement and logistics documentation and records.
• Prepare regular management reports on order status, KPIs and risks.

What you will be responsible for:

• Manage end-to-end purchase order and order tracking activities, including PO issuance and follow-up, production schedules, shipment timelines and delivery exceptions across suppliers in Asia.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments via sea, air and land freight, including freight booking, customs clearance and import/export documentation.
• Ensure shipments comply with applicable import/export and trade requirements across relevant jurisdictions, including HS code classification, permits, licenses and duty requirements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers and logistics service providers to coordinate shipments, resolve operational issues and optimize lead times, freight costs and service levels.
• Maintain accurate shipment tracking and in-transit inventory visibility, proactively identifying and escalating delays, delivery risks and exceptions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including warehouse, finance, engineering and data center operations teams, to align procurement and delivery schedules with project requirements.
• Support the evaluation and management of freight forwarders and logistics service providers, including service performance reviews and rate negotiations.
• Maintain complete and audit-ready procurement, order and logistics documentation and records.
• Prepare regular management reports covering order status, shipment KPIs, procurement data, delivery performance, delays and key risks.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, logistics, order management or import/export operations, preferably covering cross-border activities in Asia.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations, customs procedures and trade compliance requirements. Experience with Singapore and Malaysia is preferred, while exposure to other Asian markets is an advantage.
• Hands-on experience managing purchase orders and tracking shipments end-to-end, from order placement through customs clearance to final delivery.
• Good working knowledge of Incoterms, HS code classification and customs/trade documentation.
• Experience with ERP, procurement or order/logistics tracking systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organization, with good follow-through in managing multi-step, cross-border processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and respond to time-sensitive logistics issues.
