Job summary

Huron Consulting Asia-Pacific is seeking a senior Oracle Financials consultant in Singapore to lead and deliver end-to-end Fusion Financials implementations. You will drive workshops, design functional solutions, oversee data migration, and coordinate testing across GL, RMCS, AP, AR, FA, and cash management.

You will engage with senior business leaders, manage stakeholders, and ensure successful production support and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 10-13 years of experience delivering Oracle Fusion Financials implementations with strong functional expertise.
• Completion of at least five end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, upgrade, lift-and-shift, or support engagements.
• Proven experience leading a full-cycle Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) implementation within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules: GL, RMCS, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses.
• Experience workshops, fit-gap analysis, functional design docs, CRP, SIT, UAT and end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
• Drive RMCS implementations in the telecom sector.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap, design, CRP/SIT/UAT and training sessions.
• Oversee data migration with FBDI/ADFdi and ensure accurate reporting via OTBI, FRS, and Smart View.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders and manage expectations.

• 10-13 years of experience delivering Oracle Fusion Financials implementations with strong functional expertise.
• Completion of at least five end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, upgrade, lift-and-shift, or support engagements.
• Proven experience leading a full-cycle Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) implementation within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Revenue Management (RMCS), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Expenses.
• Experience conducting business requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, functional design documentation, CRP, SIT, UAT, and end-user training.
• Strong understanding of enterprise structures, chart of accounts, hierarchies, flexfields, data migration tools (FBDI and ADFdi), reconciliation processes, and financial reporting solutions such as OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), and Smart View.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and presentation skills with experience engaging senior business leaders

Preferred

• Experience with IFRS and BEPS Pillar 2
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Tax configurations, including transaction taxes and withholding taxes.
• Experience supporting financial period-close processes and production support activities.
• Knowledge of end-to-end integrations between Oracle Financials and Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
• Experience working directly with Oracle Support to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
• Prior consulting experience delivering large-scale finance transformation programs across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
