Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service implementations for telecom clients. You will drive finance transformations, modernize revenue recognition, and mentor project teams while working across functional and technical streams.

You will leverage Oracle Fusion Financials modules, perform workshops, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver value, automate processes, and ensure successful adoption of cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 10–13 years of experience delivering Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.
• At least five end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials engagements (implementation, upgrade, lift-and-shift, or support).
• Proven leadership of a full-cycle RMCS implementation in telecommunications.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials: GL, RMCS, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses.
• Experience with workshops, fit-gap analysis, functional design docs, CRP/SIT/UAT, and end-user training.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.

As a Senior Manager specializing in Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), you will lead complex finance transformation programs for telecommunications clients, helping organizations modernize revenue recognition processes, improve compliance, and achieve operational excellence through Oracle Fusion Financials. You will serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, leading Oracle Revenue Management implementations, guiding finance transformation initiatives, and mentoring project teams. Working collaboratively across functional and technical workstreams, you will help clients realize value through streamlined processes, automation, and adoption of industry best practices. Required 10-13 years of experience delivering Oracle Fusion Financials implementations with strong functional expertise. Completion of at least five end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation, upgrade, lift-and-shift, or support engagements. Proven experience leading a full-cycle Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) implementation within the telecommunications industry. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Revenue Management (RMCS), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Expenses. Experience conducting business requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, functional design documentation, CRP, SIT, UAT, and end-user training. Strong understanding of enterprise structures, chart of accounts, hierarchies, flexfields, data migration tools (FBDI and ADFdi), reconciliation processes, and financial reporting solutions such as OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS), and Smart View. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and presentation skills with experience engaging senior business leaders.

Preferred Experience with IFRS and BEPS Pillar 2 Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Tax configurations, including transaction taxes and withholding taxes. Experience supporting financial period-close processes and production support activities. Knowledge of end-to-end integrations between Oracle Financials and Projects, Procurement, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules. Experience working directly with Oracle Support to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues. Prior consulting experience delivering large-scale finance transformation programs across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
