Job summary

Michael Page International is seeking a seasoned IT/Finance transformation leader to manage complex Oracle Cloud/EBS Financials projects across GL, AP, AR and FA. The role focuses on governance, delivery, and change management within a multinational framework.

You will coordinate with finance leaders, technical teams and external vendors, driving requirements, CRPs and post-go-live support to ensure seamless financial processes across Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing IT/Finance transformation projects.
• Deep knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).
• PMI/PRINCE2/Oracle Cloud certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources and RAID logs.
• Act as liaison between finance leaders, technical teams and external vendors.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap, design and CRPs for Oracle Cloud/EBS Financials.
• Direct project teams through execution, UAT, training and post-go-live support.
• Streamline core financial processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).

Job Description

• Project Governance: Manage scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and RAID logs.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as primary liaison between finance leaders, technical teams, and external vendors.
• Functional Delivery: Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, and Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) for Oracle Cloud/EBS Financials.
• Change Management: Direct project teams through execution, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live support.
• Process Optimization: Streamline core financial processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report)

The Successful Applicant

• Experience: At least 7 years managing IT/Finance transformation projects, with specific Oracle Financials/Fusion/EBS experience.
• Module Expertise: Deep knowledge of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Oracle Cloud certification preferred.
• Skills: Strong cross-functional leadership, risk management, and executive communication
