- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and challenges.
- Analyse and improve finance processes to enhance efficiency, controls, and automation.
- Support Oracle ERP implementation, enhancement and transformation initiatives.
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
- Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
