Job summary

Michael Page International is partnering with a multinational organisation driving finance transformation and Oracle ERP enhancements. You will join a team supporting end-to-end Oracle Finance configurations and project delivery.

Ideal candidates have a finance/accounting background, hands-on Oracle Finance experience, and strong communication to translate business needs into practical ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Hands-on exposure to Oracle Finance system configuration or implementation projects.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and translate business requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges
• Analyse and improve finance processes to enhance efficiency, controls, and automation
• Support Oracle ERP implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
• Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities
• Provide functional expertise across Oracle Finance modules
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Ensure solutions comply with finance policies, controls, and business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver finance system improvements
