Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate or 2+ years of related work experience.
• Master's degree or 4+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage optical alignment equipment and related alignment methodology for the latest generation of optical wafer inspection tools
• Identify ways to improve yield and predictability of the optical integration process
• Participate in the integration and troubleshooting of the manufacturing issues of the optical systems and subsystems
• Work with suppliers to resolve component/part quality problems in a timely manner.
• Assist Quality and Purchasing departments in driving supplier quality improvements and cost reductions

Education

Doctorate (Academic) or 2+ years work experience

Master's degree or 4+ years work experience
