Job summary

Responsibilities include solving front-end issues on optical wafer inspection tools, developing product specifications from system requirements, and championing technical solutions through product development and releases. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; strong technical knowledge welcomed for entry-level Masters.
• Ability to read technical drawings, understand BOMs, and use precision testing instruments.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills for technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Solve Front End issues on an optical wafer inspection tool.
• Develop product specifications based on system requirements.
• Involve in product development through release and champion technical solutions.
• Provide feedback on design changes by working with Development Engineering and creating ECOs.
• Provide fix support on field escalations requiring deep design know-how and assist beta testing at customer sites.
• Review marketing requirements and develop system-critical design specifications and test methods.
