Job summary

CGP Personnel invites applications for an entry-level Process Development role in advanced optical manufacturing. You will join the Process Development team and receive structured training to grow your engineering career in a cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities include operating and monitoring fabrication equipment, performing optical characterization and surface metrology, recording data, supporting work orders and procurement, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates welcome.
• Relevant internship or industry attachment is an advantage.
• Interest in hands-on engineering and technical problem-solving.
• Willingness to learn and undergo structured training.
• Detail-oriented and able to work well in a team.
• Willing to work shifts, including night shifts, and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor optical fabrication and processing equipment in a controlled cleanroom environment.
• Perform optical characterization, alignment, inspection, and surface metrology.
• Record and analyze process data to support process development and optimization.
• Support work orders, material tracking, and procurement activities.
• Document process results and support troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Follow all safety, cleanroom, and site procedures.
