Job summary

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Strong technical aptitude with a hands-on approach to work.
• Willing to work overtime on weekdays and weekends when required.
• Willing to work night or rotating shifts if required.
• Ability to work independently after training and communicate effectively with all levels.
• Desirable: prior experience in a related or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Perform functions associated with optical laser products.
• Build and align laser and its optical system.
• Test, operate, repair, and maintain laser products that use or incorporate lasers.
• Set up electronic and optical instruments to test laser devices.
• Review assembly layouts, drawings, and sketches; analyze test data; prepare technical reports for engineers.
