Job summary

TRD SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive maintenance and project support technician to assist in project implementation and system maintenance. The role covers system setup, configuration, testing, and hands-on repair tasks within restricted areas.

The ideal candidate has an NITEC/Diploma in engineering, fresh graduates are welcome, and electronics or networking experience is a plus. Weekend work and standby fault-call readiness may be required.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics or Computer Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in electronics, PCB-related work, electrical & networking is advantageous.
• Some knowledge in cyber and network systems is a plus.
• Able to work over the weekend and standby for fault calls if required.
• Able to interpret schematics, technical manuals and drawings for maintenance.
• Analytical, hands-on, and good interpersonal skills.
• Possession of a Class 3 driving license is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Team in project implementation.
• Set up systems, configure, and test.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in restricted areas.
• Provide support services during operation exercises.
• Perform functional checks or repairs on testers and units under test.
• Provide technical support to resolve hardware and software problems on networks and cyber systems.
