A Human Resource Company in Singapore is seeking candidates for a position that requires monitoring and managing real-time operations. The role entails real-time event analysis, report preparation, and acting as a first responder for system defects. A competitive salary of $3,000-$5,000 is offered for this one-year renewable contract located at Changi Naval Base.

Qualifications

• Able to work 12 hours shift including weekends or Public Holiday depending on roster.
• Minimum Higher Nitec in Electrical/Electronics Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Perform monitoring, analysis and escalation of real-time operation events.
• Monitor alarm alerts, activate response team, and prepare reports upon operation completion.
• Act as MAC first responder for system defects.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls/group chat for defects coordination.
• Update PM/CM logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Education

Higher Nitec in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Perform monitoring, analysis and escalation of real-time operation events.
• Monitor various alarm alerts, activation of response team and prepare reports upon completion of operation.
• Perform as MAC first responder for any systems defects
• Perform inbound and outbound calls/group chat for defects coordination
• Updating of PM/CM logs
• Any other duties/jobs assigned by supervisor.

• 1 year contract (renewable)

Location

• ChangiNaval Ba se(Shuttle bus service available at selected MRT station)

Working hours

• Mon-Fri, 8am-5.30pm but need to be ready 24/7 due to emergency calls, must be comfortable and able to work 12 hr shifts (paid OT) and be on standby on weekends and/or PH
• $3,000-$5,000
