Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm)

Changi Naval Base (Shuttle Service Provided)

Up to $3500 + VB

Job Description

• Perform maintenance tasks onboard vessels (mainly in harbour)
• Perform maintenance works onboard vessels in shipyard occasionally
• Perform maintenance works on shore-based systems
• Perform defect troubleshoot till module/card level onboard vessels or shore-based systems
• Perform repairs to modules and PCBA in workshop
• Perform installation/removal work for equipment/systems
• Perform refurbishment of electronics unit/assemblies
• Perform technical admin work including quotations, closing jobs, service reports, etc.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree on Electronics Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering/ Digital and Network Engineering/ Mechatronics Engineering/IT/Software
• Aerospace Engineering certifications with Electronics Engineering modules may also apply
• RSN maintenance training certifications would be considered
• Working knowledge and experience working in on-board commercial and military vessels on Communications and Electronics systems
• Window or Linux OS administration (installation and troubleshooting) experience
• Working knowledge and experience on computer systems
• Understanding maintenance regime and basic experience in troubleshooting system till card level.
• Training would be provided if necessary
• Good interpersonal skill
