Job summary

SHOPEE SINGAPORE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking interns to support marketing analytics and CRM initiatives. You will analyse user behaviour, define CRM strategies for various business lines and produce reports to guide campaign tactics across markets.

The role involves market research on CRM practices, interpreting AB-test results, and collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. 3–6 month internships are preferred; 3 days/week part-time also welcome.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in related fields (business, marketing, analytics, statistics etc.)
• Familiar with AB-testing and able to interpret results of hypothesis testing
• Good communication skills and stakeholder management
• Experience in the CRM area or e-Commerce industry is a plus
• Hands-on experience on using LLP like Gemini and ChatGPT is a plus
• Proficient knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
• Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply

Responsibilities

• Analyse user behaviour and facilitate defining CRM strategies of specific business lines
• Produce incentive test reports and support developing the most effective tactics for each user segment
• Consolidate and summarise historical tests to understand benefits and trade-offs of strategies in different markets
• Conduct market research on industrial CRM practices to explore opportunities to adopt best practices
