Job summary

A & One Precision Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Debur/Polish Technician to maintain quality and efficiency in our fabrication area. You will debur sharp edges, polish parts, and wash items after polishing, while upholding 5S practices and safety rules.

Responsibilities include coordinating with other departments, ensuring safe custody of debur and polished parts, and driving continuous improvement in debur and polish processes.

Qualifications

• Min. Secondary/ITE-NTEC level.
• At least 3 years in debur/polish or manufacturing fabrication.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and GD&T preferred.

Responsibilities

• Debur all sharp edges of product parts.
• Polish products using metal scrapers, air tools or grinders.
• Wash products or parts after polishing.

Job description

Jobs Scope & Responsibilities:

Engineering

1. To debur all the edger or sharp edge of product part

2. To polish product by metal scrapper, compressed air tools or stone grinders.

3. To perform washing of product or part after polishing.

Quality

1. To provide and maintain all debur working areas house-keeping -5S and ensure all dbur practices are in accordance to A & One Precision best practices and other practices which the Company may introduce from time to time.

2. To maintain good workplace health and safety rules and regulations compliances at all time in workplace.

Administration

1. Ensure safe custody of debur or polishing product part in correct place.

2. To co-ordinate and human relation working attitude with your department and other fellow team and others department pro-actively and team-work at all time for general debur or polish targets and timely update/delivery.

3. To continuous improvement of debur or polish job and etc.

Education level:

1. Min. Secondary/ITE-NTEC level.

Experience level:

1. At least 3 years in relevant experience in debur/polish environment or manufacturing fabrication background.

2. Result oriented, resourceful and independent.

3. Ability to read, understand mechanical drawing and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance preferred.
