Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily work activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Assign duties to workers and monitor their work performance.
• Ensure work is completed according to required standards and project schedules.
• Monitor workers’ attendance, productivity and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules and company procedures.
• Coordinate with management, workers and other departments to resolve work-related issues.
• Inspect progress and ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Prepare daily work progress reports and maintain records.
• Guide workers on work procedures and safe working practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
