Job summary

CABLE CARE PTE. LTD. is seeking a maintenance professional to perform hands-on service, troubleshoot issues, and manage customer expectations. The role involves operating tools, interpreting floor plans, and ensuring high-quality workmanship with timely updates to customers.

The position requires flexibility for overtime and occasional night shifts, strong teamwork, and good communication. Responsibilities include driving when needed and assisting with vehicle and office maintenance as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC in Electrical Engineering/Electrical Technology/Built Environment or related work experience.
• Good communication & team work skills.
• Flexibility & willingness to work overtime and night shifts occasionally (as jobs require).

Responsibilities

• Operate tools and equipment with advanced knowledge.
• Communicate with customers and manage their needs.
• Draw and check materials; understand floorplans.
• Ensure service level, quality and neatness of works.
• Provide progress updates via WhatsApp, photos, messages or emails.
• Maintain product knowledge of technical specs.
• Stand in for maintenance personnel during absences.
• Operate maintenance call line when assigned.
• Hands-on troubleshooting; deploy on emergency/OT service calls if required.
• Drive if needed; assist with vehicle maintenance and management.
• Assist with office maintenance if assigned.
