Job summary

OAKFUN, a leading global game introduction company, seeks an Operations Specialist (Games/Software) to oversee overseas operations from Singapore and drive cross-border delivery for games and digital products.

You will monitor KPIs such as user acquisition, retention, and monetization, prepare regular reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize products based on market insights.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of overseas operations experience for games/digital products.
• Familiarity with casual game genres (match-3, merge, runner) preferred.
• Strong data analysis skills; proficiency with Excel, Python or Tableau encouraged.

• Manage overseas operations for games or software products, including planning and executing operational strategies
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as user acquisition, retention, and monetization

• Prepare regular operational reports and provide data-driven recommendations
• Support product optimization initiatives based on user data and market insights
• Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent professional qualifications is required
• Min. 5 years of experience in overseas operations for games or digital products
• Familiarity with casual game categories (e.g., match-3, merge, runner) or similar products.
• Strong data analysis capability; experience with data tools (e.g., Excel, Python,Tableau) is preferred
• Experience using AI tools in operational workflows is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work under pressure
