The role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience in construction or manpower management is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and administrative matters
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external parties

• Prepare reports, documents, and operational records
• Handle manpower coordination and site-related matters when required
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
