Job summary

Longbridge Singapore is hiring for a role focused on post-implementation broker and wealth management support, ensuring stable daily trading system operations. The candidate will guide brokers on trading workflows, settlements, and system functions while coordinating with Product and IT teams.

The role requires a finance/business/info systems background with at least 3 years in brokerage or trading operations, and strong English/Chinese communication skills for Greater China collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years' of experience in brokerage, wealth management or trading system operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Good command in English and Chinese (desired) to collaborate with stakeholders in Greater China region.

Responsibilities

• Handle post-implementation broker and Wealth Management support, and daily system operation tasks to ensure trading systems run stably and efficiently.
• Provide operational guidance and functional explanations to brokers, including trading workflows, settlement procedures, and system functionalities.
• Independently identify, categorize, and assess issues; determine responsible modules and coordinate with Product, IT, and PM teams for timely resolution.
• Monitor system processes, detect anomalies, and coordinate internal teams for effective issue resolution.
• Support troubleshooting of system-related and business-related issues covering Hong Kong and U.S. equities, account opening, funding, corporate actions, IPO and app usage.
• Assist in incident handling, including root cause tracking, documentation and follow-up with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. IT, Product) to enhance service efficiency and process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' of experience in brokerage, wealth management or trading system operations
• Candidates with a background or strong understanding of the Wealth Management business is an advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
• Good command in English and Chinese (desired) to collaborate with stakeholders in Greater China region
