Job summary

SHR GLOBAL TALENT in Singapore seeks an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and operational activities at Tuas Bay Walk. You will supervise the warehouse team, drivers and operations staff to ensure smooth execution of schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, efficient problem solving, and excellent communication to coordinate manpower, deliveries and workflow while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations / warehouse management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills
• Able to start immediately is highly preferred
• Candidates with experience in the cold chain / food industry will have an advantage

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse and operational activities
• Supervise warehouse, drivers and operations staff
