Job summary

Mood Collectives in Singapore is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily field operations for cleaning services.

You will plan manpower deployment, coordinate cleaners, conduct site visits for quality and safety, liaise with clients, assist recruitment and training, manage supplies and equipment, handle timesheets and incident reports, and help improve workflows with the Operations Manager. Weekend shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations
• Plan manpower deployment, prepare weekly schedules, and coordinate cleaners
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Liaise with clients on operational matters, feedback, and follow-up actions
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new cleaners
• Ensure cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment are ordered, distributed, and properly maintained
• Handle operational documentation such as job sheets, timesheets, and incident reports
• Work closely with the Operations Manager or Director to improve workflow and operational efficiency
• Able to operate cleaning machinery and hands on with cleaning
• Able to attend to weekend shifts when required
• Assist in any other operational needs whenever required
